WHAT IT DOES: Improves urinary flow and reduce enlarged prostrate.
SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE: At least 15 clinical studies, including one in Belgium, which found that 85% share of men suffering from enlarged prostrate felt better after 1 year of taking the flow of 320mg per day and had increased urinary 22%.
Amounts and forms: 160 mg capsule or capsule twice daily.
SIDE EFFECTS: None.

ST. JOHN'S WORT
What it does:Relieves mild depression.
Scientific proof: More than 25 clinical trials, including one in which improved to 80% of 3250 men and women, were free of depressive symptoms after 4 weeks of treatment with 900 mg daily.
Quantities and forms: 300 mg, taken three times a day (to ensure adequate standards, it is best to take the tablet form)
SIDE EFFECTS: May cause skin sensitivity Sun just people.
Drug Interactions: Not to be taken with anxiolytics or antidepressants.
WHAT IT DOES: Improves quality of sleep.
SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE: At least 10 studies including one in Germany concluded that patients taking 600 mg daily for 28 days for both improving the quality of sleep, and were able to fall asleep faster.
Tea - 1 teaspoon: amounts and forms. dried herb in 8 ounces of boiling water or in tablets equivalent to 3.2 grams of the root of every day.
